About Rope Access Singapore by Ezzogenics

Rope Access Singapore is operated by Ezzogenics, providing rope access services for high-rise buildings, condominiums, offices and landed properties in Singapore.

Who we are — Ezzogenics rope access teams in Singapore

Rope Access Singapore is an Ezzogenics service line. We deliver rope access works for facade waterproofing, exterior painting, window cleaning, glazing repair, signage at height, banners, electrical works at height, facade inspection and facade repair across Singapore.

Project teams typically include rope access specialists, Managing Work at Height trained personnel, scaffold erectors and installers, and operators of mobile elevated work platforms — boom lifts and scissor lifts — drawn from our core team and verified subcontractors.

How we work on a typical rope access job

  1. Survey: we visit the building, walk the elevations, identify anchorage and review the work scope.
  2. Method statement: we draft a site-specific fall prevention plan covering rope or scaffold method, anchorage, equipment, supervision, drop-zone, emergency response and rescue.
  3. Documentation: we coordinate with the building's permit-to-work process where the works fall within hazardous work at height categories.
  4. Execution: works are carried out under competent supervision with daily toolbox talks and equipment inspection records.
  5. Handover: we hand over photos, work records and warranty wording (where applicable to the materials used).

When rope access is — and is not — the right method in Singapore

Rope access suits short and medium-sized scopes on facades that have suitable anchor points or roof structure. Heavy lifting, prolonged works on a single elevation, or tasks that need a stable wide platform may be better delivered by scaffold, gondola or MEWP. We assess and recommend rather than insist on rope access.

Rope access personnel and qualifications — careful wording

Where projects require rope access certified personnel, we assign team members holding relevant IRATA training (Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3) and verify the certificate, level and expiry. Some teams may also reference IATRAS or other rope-access training pathways; we verify the issuing body, level and scope of competency before assignment. We do not represent that every team member holds every certification — assignment is matched to the project scope.
